  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (UK):
    Delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (UK):
    Delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping:
    • Europe: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Rest of the World: Delivery within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • UK Orders:
    • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £50, otherwise a flat fee of £5.00 applies.
    • Expedited Shipping: £10.00
  • International Orders:
    Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may be applied to international orders upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
